About Ann T. Ginsel

Ann T. Ginsel is a native Houstonian and has been practicing estate planning, probate and real estate law for over ten years. She created this firm with the goal of protecting families, their investments and their future. Ann was born to Vietnamese immigrants who came to the U.S. with less than three items. She learned from an early age the struggles her parents endured in order to provide for her and their family. 

This is why Ann is motivated to protect families assets and secure their future for them and their loved ones when life goes unexpected.

Ann is also a licensed real estate broker and understands the complexities that can be involved in a real estate transaction. She has represented buyers/sellers, landlords/tenants, and lenders and handled numerous residential and commercial transactions. By combining her entrepreneurial background, legal knowledge and real estate experience, she can help ensure a smooth transaction.
